PREVALENCE OF SOME COMORBID CONDITIONS AT CORONOVIRUS DISEASE

Purpose – to evaluate the prevalence of comorbid pathology in patients with coronavirusdisease and its impact on severity COVID 19 mortality based retrospectiveanalysis.Material methods. The effect resultsof treatment (discharge / death) diagnosed basis ofanalysis medical records 389 hospital patients, treated at Municipal NonProfit Enterprise "Clinical Emergency Hospital Lviv", were investigated.Results. Concomitant diseases detected 83.7% hospitalized into inpatient department: 26.2% one disease, two - 29,8%, 29.1% had three or moreconcomitant diseases. In cardiovascular diseases, diabetesmellitus observed more often than oncological bronchopulmonary diseases.The conditions corresponded age. number deathssignificantly prevailed concomitant (p <0.0001)and it was lowest without = 0.004). Diseasesof system, namely coronary heart disease (CHD) (<0.0001), heartfailure peripheral arteries 0.003), type 2 diabetes mellitus 0.024),cancer (<0.0001) CKD 0.009) dominated structure because ofCOVID 19.Conclusions. Comorbid aggravates course 19. presenceof conditions, including cancer, CKDsignificantly increase likelihood death from Fatal outcome suchpatients occurred associated withinsufficiency, acute respiratory distress syndrome thrombotic complications.
